Andrew Gold
Chief Executive Officer, Andrew has served in senior legal and business development executive positions for prestigious law and technology firms in the US and Europe. He was a principal at RLA, a boutique strategic consulting firm in New York focused on business process transformation and outsourcing. Mr. Gold was also co-founder of Cube:80 Ltd, a UK-based software developer and ASP providing outsourced solutions for development and delivery of content to mobile phones. He was Dir. of Business Development at Europe Unlimited, a Brussels, Belgium-based consulting firm serving the finance industry. Since 2000, Mr. Gold has raised capital of more than $75 million for tech companies in the US and Europe. He was a key member of the fundraising team for iWorld Groupn that closed a $37 million Series “A” round. Mr. Gold graduated Magna Cum Laude with a law degree from The American University, was a visiting scholar at The University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a BA in History and Philosophy from Emory University.
Marc Coluccio
Chief Technical Officer, Director, and Co-Founder. Marc is certified by Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA, and has implemented Frame-Relay and virtual private wide-area networks for more than a hundred businesses nationwide. Marc directed the technical operations of a national VPN and Frame-Relay service provider, as well as managed the network operations center, deployed the network backbone, and headed product development. Marc has a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Technology and Innovation Management.
Phil Howe
VP of Finance, Phil has sixteen years of experience in senior financial management including; accounting, treasury management, operations, strategic planning, risk management, project supervision and human resources. This experience expands from start-ups to leading high-tech companies. Phil joined Straitshot from a value added reseller of networking related equipment and is also a large agent for various communications companies. Prior to that Phil was one of the key early stage individuals at a leading edge communications company that was providing very high bandwidth network connections using lasers. Phil has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
